Refund Policy:
SG Ceramics makes quality handcrafted ceramics that require a higher level of care than factory ceramics. We do not recommend dishwasher use. Hand crafted ceramics are less durable and will crack easier than factory ceramics.
SG CERAMICS takes no responsibility for change in colour, cracking or breakages that occurs through everyday use including dishwasher use.
As the items are handmade reasonable variation from the photographs are expected upon delivery. If the variation is deemed unreasonable and / or unattractive. The customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
If the item (once delivered) is of reasonable variation of the photographic representation (including size, texture, form and colour) then no refund will be given if the customer changes their mind once the item has been delivered.
If the item purchased has a fault (such as a crack) that was not caused by delivery of the item a full refund or replacement will be issued.
If the item was damaged in delivery then the item will be replaced and resent but not refunded.
